• Pay: $17/hour, paid every Friday

• Location: Imperial Brown, Salisbury, NC

All new hires must complete two consecutive days of paid training before selecting shifts.

What You'll Do:

Bring your construction know-how to an indoor facility where you'll work with metal, tools, and assembly processes to build large walk-in coolers and insulated panels. Work includes:

• Operating metal fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, notchers, and rollers

• Following blueprints or diagrams to assemble finished components

• Using drills, screw guns, tape measures, and hand tools

• Loading/unloading raw materials and keeping production moving

• Aligning, sealing, and securing panels with adhesives or fasteners

• Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and durability

• Supporting material flow and working closely with your team

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of construction, carpentry, or assembly experience

• Comfortable using hand and power tools daily

• Ability to follow measurements, blueprints, and visual instructions

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality

• Comfortable lifting 50-60 pounds on a regular basis

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
