We are actively seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join and grow in the PPG organization. Tampa Bay Machining, a Princeton Precision Group company, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support their production team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience programming 3-5 axis CNC equipment.

Requirements:
- Program parts in conformance with the router process
- Daily shop floor responsibilities including addressing in the moment challenges will be a large portion of the responsibilities of this role
- Set up/prove out your program on the CNC machine, if needed.
- Program from solid model files, drawings, and sketches
- Read and interpret blueprints and design models
- Develop fixtures and work holding devices
- Provide fully dimensional prints for the shop floor on parts that have reduced dimension drawings
- Attend training on new or current software as needed
- Coordinate with Engineering and Quality to resolve blueprint and model issues related to the programming and machining of various parts
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Program 3-4 axis machines
- 5 axis programming preferred but not required
- Lathe programming preferred but not required
- Proficient in geometric tolerancing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 or more years of Mastercam experience
- Experience with tight tolerance manufacturing
- 5 or more years of experience setting up CNC machinery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expert level attention to Detail
Compensation:
- Compensation for this role is based upon years of industry specific experience
