- Redetection of New Business operations.
- Client Engagement at all levels.
- Proactive in providing quality client service.
- Maintains contact with clients, carriers and potential clients on a daily basis.
- Client service performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service.
- Resolves the client's complaint, determining the cause of the problem.
