$85,000 + 12% Super
- Monday to Friday+ occasional Saturday (rare)
- Located in Murrarie
- Site offers breakfast lunch & dinner
- Plan, supervise and assist in the preparation of all onsite catering
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff
- Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
- Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
- Previous leadership experience at Senior Chef or Catering Manager level
- Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- An intermediate level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
- Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
