Cashier (Food and Beverage)
- Greet guests pleasantly and bid farewell.
- Provide recommendations regarding the restaurant menu.
- Recognize symptoms and upsell accordingly.
- Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and checks.
- Ensure the checkout area is always tidy and organized.
- Operate scales, scanners, and sales registers efficiently.
- Keep track of cash in the register and report discrepancies to the manager.
- Learn the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide information on policies.
- Guide customers and make suitable suggestions.
- Ensure the cash drawer is accurate.
- Process refunds and exchanges smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform basic arithmetic and give correct change.
- Work happily with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: AED 2,000.00 - AED 3,000.00 monthly
Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai (dependably or planning to transfer before starting).
