Salary - 5500 AED
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a call centre environment, with proven ability to handle escalations and complex complaints.
Responsibilities- Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority customer issues.
- Investigate cases, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers across multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse, brand partners) to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed case records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying service gaps and recommending enhancements.
