Are you fluent in German and want to work from home flexibly?
We are looking for freelance call center representatives to meet the needs of our German-speaking clients.
Your Duties- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Answer questions and process requests.
- Provide remote technical support and follow-up.
- Report technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Freelance work - billable collaboration :
- Flexible hours (at least 20 hours per week).
- Hourly rate + performance bonuses.
