Business Site Lead for SAP

The Business Site Lead for SAP will lead the business project team and own deliverables to ensure timely completion of day to day business project activities, including requirement reviews, data migration, cut over, and Go Live events. The role also leads Change Management (OCM) activities, coordinating training, and ensuring adoption of process changes.

• Lead the business team and own deliverables with timely completion.
• Coordinate day to day business project activities.
• Provide timely business decisions and approvals.
• Track project status and deliver regular updates.
• Develop communication plans to support team activities.
• Lead Change Management (OCM) activities using the ADKAR approach.
• Coordinate and lead training events; follow training plans.
• Organize and lead End User training using a Train the Trainer approach.
• Support the business team in design reviews, data migration, cut over, and Go Live activities.

• Team lead experience (minimum 3 years).
