Duties and Responsibilities

- Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with current and potential customers.
- Works with sales and operations team to implement business development initiatives.
- Assist senior management in deal negotiations, contract development, due diligence, and other business development projects.
- Tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components.
- Establishing and maintaining on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
- Participating in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
- Manage and coordinate special projects and events to advance key business goals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quotas and goals.
- Conduct yourself professionally and represent Impact Floors in a positive manner.

Education and Work Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum 2-years sales/business development experience required.
- Ability to pass a background check and have less than 3 motor vehicle violations in the past 3 years.
- Must have reliable transportation, up to date auto insurance and valid drivers license
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
