Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Business Development Executive - Kitchens to join our Dubai team. This is a full time, on site role focused on luxury kitchen project sales. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with contractors, liaise effectively with factories, and drive revenue growth. The role is open to candidates based in India willing to relocate to Dubai.

• Identify and engage clients, contractors, and architects for high end kitchen projects.
• Manage multiple project units simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with factories to ensure product availability, specifications, and quality compliance.
• Build long term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.

• Proven experience with international luxury kitchen brands.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Familiarity with luxury project sales processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with contractors, and liaise with factories.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
