To support the Business Development department in managing investor relations Handling and following up Management NOC requests, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting the Business Development department with client meetings, research, and documentation to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and follow up on investor and client NOC requests with management.
- Maintain positive and proactive communication with investors, providing timely updates and accurate information.
- Support the BDM with client research, meeting scheduling, and preparation of presentations or reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, track approvals, and ensure accurate documentation of communications.
- Maintain proper filing and database of all client and supplier interactions.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team as needed.
- Education: Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, coordination, or client relations (real estate or development sector preferred).
- Knowledge: Understanding of property development processes, client management, and NOC coordination procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
