Minimum Qualification 
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar discipline degree
- 4 years' relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Data Governance and Quality function.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Previous financial service experience within a regulatory environment is essential
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements .
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to collect and analyze business requirements for regulatory changes and develop appropriate business solutions.
- Experience in conducting impact assessments and verifying business solutions are tested and implemented according to specifications
- Experience in project planning, management, and execution
- Ability to manage plan-related risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
