What you'll be doing

1. Reconcile cash drawers with variance review, analysis and bank deposit
2. Post daily sales totals in Excel Sales journal
3. Enter accounts payable invoices and house account deposits
4. Reconcile daily credit and gift card transactions to POS and Bank
5. Prepare month-end reports for processing by corporate office

Skills you'll bring along

1. 2 - 4 years experience with accounts payable preferred
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
4. Active problem solver
5. Experience using the Excel program a plus

Job Type

1. Part time position
