As a Bilingual Korean Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding Korean- and English-speaking talent for a wide range of light industrial and clerical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with all staffing procedures and employment laws.

We are committed to pay transparency. The base salary range for this position is $ 6 0,000-$ 80 ,000 , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.

As a Bilingual Korean Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding Korean- and English-speaking talent for a wide range of light industrial and clerical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining compliance with all staffing procedures and employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and local community outreach
- Conduct interviews and screenings in both Korean and English
- Match candidates to client job orders and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Visa processing
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate applicant records in the Paycom system
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred , Linked In Pro experience a plus.
- Visa Processing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, Paycom experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Pay Rate: $ 6 0,000- $75 ,000
