Join a dynamic and supportive team where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will make a real impact.
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to join their Support Services and Support Centre team. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for store-level partners and internal teams, helping to resolve inquiries, support marketing programs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Do
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from stores and internal departments, resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Log interactions accurately in the tracking system and follow up to ensure resolution
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiency
- Participate in team huddles, one-on-one meetings, and ongoing performance discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet service level expectations
- Contribute to team success by achieving individual and group performance goals
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe, respectful work environment
What You Bring
- Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
- Post-secondary education completed
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or corporate environment
- Experience with supply chain or logistics processes is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - professional, clear, and tactful
- Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
