Join a dynamic and supportive team where your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will make a real impact.


Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to join their Support Services and Support Centre team. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for store-level partners and internal teams, helping to resolve inquiries, support marketing programs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.


What You'll Do

  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from stores and internal departments, resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Log interactions accurately in the tracking system and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate on solutions to improve efficiency
  • Participate in team huddles, one-on-one meetings, and ongoing performance discussions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet service level expectations
  • Contribute to team success by achieving individual and group performance goals
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain a safe, respectful work environment


What You Bring

  • Fluent in English and French (verbal and written)
  • Post-secondary education completed
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or corporate environment
  • Experience with supply chain or logistics processes is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - professional, clear, and tactful
  • Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
