Low Country Volkswagen is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Associate to join our team. Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:
- Assist both retail customers and technicians at the parts counter
and by phone - Look up and order OEM and aftermarket parts accurately
- Provide pricing, availability, and product information
- Pull and prepare parts for repair orders and special orders
- Track backorders and restock inventory
- Accurately process internal tickets and retail transactions
- Keep parts department organized and follow dealership processes
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
Qualifications and Requirements - Parts Counter Person:
- Auto parts experience is required
- Volkswagen Automotive experience is a plus, not required
- Prompt and dependable work attendance
- Energetic, friendly and good customer service skills
- Strong computer and phone skills is required (Internet, MS Outlook)
- Proficient in CDK DMS is a plus, not a requirement
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
