You will answer inbound calls and internet requests, schedule auto repair and maintenance service appointments, make outbound calls, follow up with customers after service has been completed to ensure they are satisfied, and much more.BDC or customer service/call center experience is preferred. Responsibilities - Service BDC Representative:

  • Answer inbound Service Department calls and internet requests, schedule auto repair and maintenance service appointments, make outbound calls, follow up with customers after service has been completed to ensure they are satisfied, and more.
  • Identify customer's needs, answer their questions in a pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability
  • Schedule appointments for auto repairs/maintenance, and reschedule missed appointments
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, recalls, surveys, etc.
  • Make multiple calls each day
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our dealership and service
  • Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity



Qualifications - Service BDC Representative:

  • Automotive BDC or Call Center/Customer service experience is a plus!
  • Energetic, outgoing and motivated to succeed
  • Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
