Position Overview

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a dedicated Associate Clinical Director to join our Behavioral Health Division in the Hawaii Office. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children across Hawaii while helping to build and strengthen a vital division within RCM Health Care Services.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $85,000+ based on skilled and experience

  • Effective Date: ASAP / Flexible

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

  • Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Conduct regular supervision sessions and performance evaluations

  • Promote consistent application of evidence-based practices across all cases

  • Lead ongoing professional development and training for clinical staff

Case Management & Oversight

  • Review and approve individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

  • Monitor clinical progress through data analysis and staff feedback

  • Perform documentation and treatment integrity audits

  • Support BCBAs in addressing complex clinical and family-related issues

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure all services adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and industry standards

  • Maintain compliance with insurance, state, and internal organizational requirements

  • Participate in audits and implement corrective action plans when needed

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as liaison between clinical teams, families, and administrative staff

  • Lead clinical meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

  • Foster open communication channels for feedback and support

Operational Support

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinical quality and staff outcomes

  • Monitor and ensure assigned billable hours for BCBAs are met monthly

Client & Family Engagement

  • Ensure client goals are meaningful, socially significant, and family-centered

  • Provide families with resources, training, and consistent communication

  • Intervene in complex or challenging cases to support successful outcomes

Billable Hours Requirement

(Subject to reduction based on overall caseload growth)

  • 80 billable hours/month for 20 cases

  • 70 billable hours/month for 30 cases

  • 60 billable hours/month for 40 cases

  • 50 billable hours/month for 50 cases

Benefits

  • Health Insurance & Retirement Plans: Eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment (minimum 20 hours/week required)

  • Vacation & Sick/Personal Time Accrual:

  • Vacation: 1.54 hours per payroll

  • Sick/Personal: 0.769 hours per payroll
