About The JobThe Assistant Outlet Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Create memorable dining experiences by engaging with guests and personalizing service based on guest preferences and feedback.
- Drive outlet performance through effective team leadership, motivation, and regular training that enhances service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow market share and optimize revenue while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Manage inventory, supply requisitions, and cashiering functions to ensure smooth and profitable operations.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns and service escalations, turning challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction.
- Experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded beach club.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
- Good financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and increasing profitability.
- Experience leading a multi-cultural team.
