About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Concierge Manager to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Lead the Concierge team in delivering seamless guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is warm, knowledgeable, and solution oriented.
- Oversee luggage and porch services to ensure efficient handling of arrivals and departures, leaving a lasting first and last impression on guests.
- Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, events, and cultural experiences, acting as a trusted advisor to guests throughout their stay.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dining venues, airline schedules, and retail destinations, and ensure this information is readily available to the team.
- Support colleague development through regular on-the-job training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to elevate service quality.
- Actively manage guest feedback and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional handling to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a luxury Hotel.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or any other relevant field.
- Software competencies - Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate Advanced).
- Problem solving.
- Leadership and team management skills.
