Assistant Director of Surgical Services

This position is eligible for a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus!Assistant Director of Surgical Services Full Time Days Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Marked Director, the Assistant Director oversees the day-to-day operation of the OR, Sterile Processing, and Pre-Op/PACU at our Fort Mill Hospital. This includes assistance with supervision of all personnel of procedures, ordering of supplies and equipment, and managing the schedules. Responsibilities Excellent organization and communication skills; able to work well in a fast paced environment; able to handle multiple priorities at one time; able to supervise multiple areas THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SURGICAL SERVICES FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING.Education: Required: Academic degree in nursing required. Preferred: Master's degree in nursing or related field (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management). Experience: Required: 5+ years of experience in clinical-related specialty, OR experience preferred. 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position. Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Required: Must have current RN license as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. CPR
