Asset Description- Domestic Water Circuit - 1 No.
- Swimming Pool Water Circuit - 1 No.
- Chilled Water Circuit - 1 No.
Samples: 6 Nos. per test
Location: Water storage tanks and selected outlets
Type of Analysis- Legionella Test - Every 3 months
- Microbiological Test - Every 3 months
Samples: 2 Nos. per test
Location: Main Pool and Kids' Pool
Type of Analysis- Legionella Test - Every 3 months
- Microbiological Test - Every 2 months
Samples: 1 No. per test
Location: Chilled water pipeline network
Type of Analysis- Chemical Test - Every 3 months
- Microbiological Test - Every 3 months
- All required sampling containers, preservatives, and testing consumables included.
- No additional consumables, materials, or charges shall be claimed unless pre approved in writing by HOAM Technical Department.
- Corrective chemical supply or dosing, if recommended, must be separately quoted and approved by HOAM before execution.
- Vendor shall collect all samples strictly from locations approved by HOAM.
- Proper preservation and safe transport of samples to the accredited laboratory is mandatory.
- All sampling activities shall be recorded in the presence of building management or HOAM's authorized representative.
- All analysis shall be performed in a Dubai Municipality-approved laboratory following ISO/BS/ASTM international methods.
- Reports must include:
- Project name and address
- Sample ID, location, and collection details
- Test method, unit, and result
- Laboratory accreditation number
- Remarks, non compliance notes, and recommended corrective actions
- Microbiology Reports - within 7 calendar days of sample collection
- Legionella Reports - within 12 calendar days
- Original, signed laboratory certificates must be delivered to HOAM's site office within the same month of sampling.
- Any exceedance of permissible limits must be immediately notified in writing to HOAM Technical Department, with proposed corrective actions.
- Vendor shall ensure all personnel are properly trained and equipped with PPE (uniform, gloves, safety shoes, face mask).
- Work areas must be cordoned off and safety signage displayed.
- All waste and sampling materials to be cleared after work completion.
- Vendor shall comply with all UAE Health & Safety Regulations and HOAM site access and safety protocols.
- The vendor bears full liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from its activities, negligence, or that of its employees or subcontractors. HOAM shall not be held responsible for any such incidents.
- Vendor shall maintain full confidentiality of all reports and results.
- HOAM reserves the right to inspect sampling and testing at any time or request repeat sampling if discrepancies are found.
- Any delay, deviation, or non performance may lead to termination of contract without compensation.
- This agreement does not grant the vendor any exclusive rights for future work.
- Vendor shall ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Health & Safety (DCD/DEWA) guidelines as applicable.
