Service Frequency: Half Yearly - 2 times / Year

Consumables and Spare Parts: PPM consumables shall be included in the service.

• Hygiene services shall be carried out in accordance with HS(G) 70 guidelines for the prevention of Legionella and must be performed following the strictest safety procedures using environmentally acceptable products.
• The tanks shall be cleaned and disinfected as per Dubai Municipality standards and guidelines using appropriate environmentally friendly and Municipality-approved chemicals.
• The Certificate for cleaning and disinfection of water tanks shall be valid for 6 months from the service date.
• The Service Report shall be submitted within 7 working days of job completion.
• Each report shall include before-and-after photographs, observations, and advice on any defects requiring attention.

• Isolate, drain, and chemically clean and disinfect each tank to remove bacteria, mold, algae, sludge, and sediment, and to eliminate internal staining.
• Apply approved biocide/disinfectant spray to all inner tank surfaces.
• Remove stains, sediments, and mold manually using brushes and cleaning tools.
• Rinse thoroughly with fresh potable water and verify pH neutrality before refilling.
• Inspect all inlet/outlet valves, drain connections, overflow lines, and access hatches for leaks or corrosion, and report any findings.
• Ensure proper barricading, signage, and confined space safety procedures are implemented during the service.

• Workforce shall wear proper uniforms, gloves, masks, and safety gear throughout the work.
• The work area shall be barricaded and signposted to prevent unauthorized access.
• The worksite shall be cleaned and cleared of debris, waste, and tools after completion.
• The vendor shall bear full liability for any injury or damage arising from negligence or noncompliance with safety procedures.
