Annual Maintenance Contract for Landscape and Plants Maintenance

Contract Period: 01 Jan 2026 - 31 Dec 2026

Service Frequency

• Gardener Visits - 2 Visits per Week
• Agricultural Engineer Visits - 1 Visit per Month

Manpower

• 1 Gardener
• 1 Agricultural Engineer

Consumables and Spare Parts

• Non-Comprehensive: Requirements during the tenure shall be quoted separately with best quality and competitive market rate
• Maintain a reasonable inventory of essential spare parts for services within scope.
• Routine consumables for preventive maintenance shall be included in the service.

Scope of Work - Fertilization

• Fertilize all trees, palms, shrubs, ground covers, succulents, and turf lawns as required to ensure healthy and sustained growth.
• Carry out pest, disease, and insect control in accordance with Dubai Municipality standards.
• Cultivate plant beds and periodically replace the topsoil layer to maintain soil fertility and appearance.
• Apply fertilizers, including iron and micronutrients, to promote healthy flowering and greening.

Scope of Work - Irrigation

• Operate and maintain the existing irrigation network, including sprinklers, spray heads, and solenoid valves.
• Perform seasonal adjustments to irrigation controller programs in coordination with HOAM Technical Department.
• Ensure uniform watering and prevent over irrigation or waterlogging.

Scope of Work - Indoor Plants

• Maintain all indoor plants with manual watering and cleaning.
• Replace any plants that die during the contract period (except due to natural calamities) at no additional cost to the Client.

Scope of Work - Tree and Bush Trimming

• Trim and shape trees, palms, shrubs, and ground covers to maintain uniform height and aesthetic appearance.
• Conduct lawn mowing and grass edging where applicable.

Scope of Work - Weeding and Raking

• Remove weeds and debris from all landscaped areas.
• Inspect and clean drippers, filters, and irrigation lines to ensure proper functioning.

Scope of Work - Insect and Pest Control

• Perform pest and disease management for plants only, in accordance with standards of the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Dubai Municipality (DM).
• Conduct chemical treatment of infested plants under the supervision of qualified specialists, with prior approval from HOAM Technical Department.

Scope of Work - Seasonal Maintenance (Spring and Fall Cleanup)

• Replace and maintain seasonal flowers to enhance landscape aesthetics.
• Remove dead or diseased plants immediately and restore the affected areas.

Safety Policy

• The vendor shall ensure all workforce are equipped with proper PPE including uniforms, gloves, masks, and safety shoes.
