All personnel will be qualified IRATA Rope Access Technicians with valid certificates and logbooks.

Shall adhere to local authorities' safety regulations and IRATA-certified procedures. Work activities will follow safe practices, considering location and climatic conditions. Company-approved safety gear will be provided. All required work permits are vendor's responsibility. Eco friendly, biodegradable chemicals will be used for cleaning. The vendor shall advise the client on weather conditions suitable for façade cleaning, notify of any façade glass breakages, assist building team on safety measures, provide schedules for individual elevations, and coordinate traffic barricades on the ground floor.

All debris will be removed and disposed properly. Work, including equipment startup, will be performed during regular working hours. Proper supervision will be provided to ensure quality. A cleaning certificate will be issued.

The workforce will receive uniforms, hand gloves, face mask, and other safety equipment. The area of work will be sequestered by partitions and signage. The area will be cleaned completely after work, with no tools or waste left behind. The vendor is solely responsible for any liability arising from injuries sustained by its employees during the agreement.
