Asset Description- Domestic Water Circuit - 1 No.
- Building Floor Model - G + 30 + R
- Sampling: Arrange samples from various strategic points within the domestic water network as advised by the client.
- Analysis and Disinfection Process: Flush the complete domestic water system with plain water to remove suspended solids and impurities.
- Refill the network with fresh water and perform chlorination using Municipality-approved sodium hypochlorite or equivalent disinfectant.
- Maintain chlorine concentration of approximately 2.0-2.5 ppm during dosing.
- Allow adequate residence time as per Dubai Municipality guidelines before final flushing.
- Flush the system until chlorine residual is below 0.5 ppm (acceptable limit).
- Conduct bacteriological and chemical testing on collected samples in accordance with International Standard Test Methods (ISO/DM Standards).
- Ensure all chemicals used are approved by Local Authorities and safe for potable water systems.
- Submit detailed analysis reports electronically and provide original certificates to the site office within the same month of sampling.
- Pre- and Post-Service Reports to include: Sampling locations and methodology; Chlorination procedure and contact time; Test results with comparison to permissible limits; Corrective actions or recommendations, if any.
- All personnel shall be equipped with proper PPE including uniforms, gloves, masks, and safety goggles.
- Work areas shall be cordoned off with caution signage during operations.
- The area shall be fully cleaned and restored post-service; no materials or waste shall be left on-site.
- The vendor is solely responsible for any injuries or liabilities to its staff during execution of work.
- Services shall comply with Dubai Municipality and DEWA standards for potable water hygiene and HS(G) 70 guidelines for prevention of Legionella.
- All documentation (reports and certificates) must be submitted within 7 working days after each service.
- Service quality and compliance guaranteed for 6 months from the date of each disinfection.
