Scope of WorkSupply and Installation of Air Diffusers in designated common areas (Reception, Lobby, Gym, Multipurpose Halls, Washrooms, Garbage Hallway) - Qty 15 (Mix of Floor Standing MaxC, MaxA, and Wall Mounted GoEzee).
Schedule monthly visits to refill fragrance oil, service the diffusers, and perform functional checks.
Provide immediate troubleshooting and rectification in case of malfunction.
ConsumablesDiffusers, accessories, and fragrance oils shall be supplied and installed by the vendor.
All consumables (fragrance oils, refills, and any required parts) shall be included under the contract.
The aroma must be pleasant and subject to Client/Management approval, with flexibility to select or change fragrances during the contract period.
The vendor shall be fully responsible for the maintenance of the equipment, including timely refilling, servicing, and replacement of accessories.
Any equipment malfunction, repair, or replacement required during the contract period will be borne by the vendor.
