COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Anesthesiology (ANES)

• ASAP start pending credentialing
• Full-time need, can consider 1 to 2 weeks per month ongoing

POSITION DETAILS Anesthesiology (ANES)

• Inpatient only
• Monday-Friday, 7a-3p
• Weeknight call 1:3 rotation
• Cases: Adults, Spines, OB, Vascular (except open heart), complex ortho.
• Preferred: Peds, Epidurals, Reginal anes
• 24-hour call every 3rd weekend
• Level II, hospital bed size 182
• Avg weeknight callback 1; avg weekend callbacks 2
• Avg 15 patients per day
• Need to be comfortable supervising CRNAs
• EMR Epic
• 7 CRNAs on staff, 3 MDs
• Board Certified or truly BE (within 3-5 years from completing training)
• Active NC license required
• Anesthesiology (ANES) needed
