At Haileybury, we are leading the way in redefining education and are seeking an innovative and people focused professional to join the Early Learning Centre team, based at Keysborough.
The Role:This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of Haileybury's Early Learning Centre - Long Day Model. The successful candidate will oversee a range of administrative responsibilities, deliver exceptional stakeholder support, and contribute to key compliance and quality processes, all while fostering effective relationships within the ELC community. Reporting to the Head of ELC Newlands and Director of Early Learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinating and managing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling, mailouts, event planning, supporting committees, preparing reports, and allocating resources within set timeframes and standards.
- Providing high level support and service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while maintaining strict confidentiality, privacy, and compliance.
- Supporting ELC processes, particularly in the areas of compliance, quality assurance, and performance reporting.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, parents and other stakeholders to promote and enable efficient service delivery.
