Responsibilities AP Clerk:

• Review and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Manage vendor communications and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in preparing payment schedules and reports
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls

Qualifications/Requirements AP Clerk:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
