Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Mebane, NC
Pay: $68,000/year
Experience:
- 3 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a production setting.
- Experience with PLC systems (Allen Bradley and/or Siemens) is preferred.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated facility is a plus.
Education: Associate's in Electronics, Mechanics, or other relevant training preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule:
- Night shift, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (2-2-3 Schedule)
- 2-Week Required Training: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Greene Resources is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions of machines, utilities, and automation systems.
- Calibrate, adjust, and fine-tune packing machines to meet production demand.
- Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement and assist in the development of technical projects.
- Monitor and inspect product quality after equipment adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production and baking teams to maintain quality output and efficiency.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems.
- Familiarity with pneumatic and mechanical conveying systems.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a collaborative team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
