Experience: Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting repairs.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC Certification preferred.
Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description:
- Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting issues.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies securely.
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and repairs.
- Monitor building systems and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment or furniture when needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and certifications preferred.
- Proficient in general building maintenance techniques.
- Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
