Position: HR Assistant

Location: Paia, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: Prior administrative or HR support experience is required.

Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Employers Options is seeking an HR Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team at a world renown restaurant!

Job Description:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assist with scheduling, reviewing timesheets, and employee inquiries.
• Conduct daily cash audits and reconcile with the point-of-sale system.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
• Support HR team with compliance, file organization, and basic payroll tasks.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee and financial information.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Experience with POS systems and basic accounting/cash handling.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
