The Quality Control Lead reports to the Finished Goods Manager and is part of PMQC Department located in Torrance and will be an on-site role.

The Quality Control Lead will:

  • Perform trend analysis of analytical data following for the determination of product consistency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Quality standards and procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, direct work assignments, and serve as subject matter experts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Quality standards and procedures
  • Oversee training activities to ensure the team is adequately trained
  • Initiate non-conformance or out of specification reports as needed
  • Other job duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a science related field
  • 3+ years of Quality Control experience
  • Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • HPLC knowledge
  • Supervising or mentoring junior team members in a manufacturing environment

The hourly range for this role is $27.02 - $37.12 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
