Pay - $105,000 - $136,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform gross dissection and examination of complex surgical specimens under pathologist supervision

• Assist with postmortem exams, tissue selection for special studies, and specimen preparation for biobanking

• Support compliance and quality initiatives, contributing to best-in-class pathology practices

• Participate in training, mentoring, and process improvement projects to enhance lab operations

Qualifications

• ASCP-certified Pathologists Assistant (PA) required

• Strong background in surgical specimen grossing and autopsy techniques

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and documentation skills

• Experience or interest in teaching, research support, or supervisory duties a plus
