Are you a machinist, service technician, or applications specialist who knows your way around CNC machinesand ready to turn that experience into a sales career? is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Trainee to join our growing team.

For more than 20 years, has been a trusted name in buying and selling used CNC machines, fabrication tools, and industrial equipment. Backed by Productivity Inc., were expanding and need someone who understands the shop floor and is ready to learn the business side of equipment sales.

This is your chance to take what you know about machines and apply it in a role where every deal is unique, and your industry knowledge sets you apart.

What Youll Do

  • Learn how to locate, evaluate, and purchase used CNC and industrial equipment for resale
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing industrial auction opportunities
  • Visit customers across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Illinois to inspect equipment and build relationships
  • Gain experience in assessing equipment condition, resale value, and market demand
  • Support sales activities by promoting listings on and coordinating transactions
  • Track leads, quotes, and customer activity in CRM tools
  • Shadow senior salespeople and develop into running your own territory

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to learn sales strategies and work independently over time
  • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn CRM systems
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regionally

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting pay: $60,000 base + 5% commission (expected first-year range $60,000$80,000, with potential to grow as you build your book of business)
