Lead, Data Loss Prevention

As a Lead Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Analyst, you will serve as a senior technical authority in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats, with a focus on data protection and threat intelligence. You will lead efforts to proactively detect and respond to advanced threat vectors, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information across the organization.

Lead, Data Loss Prevention:

• Provide expert-level technical analysis and incident response for complex cyber threats, including data exfiltration attempts and insider risks.
• Lead investigations by collecting and interpreting system telemetry, logs, and behavioral data to identify, contain, and remediate security incidents.
• Conduct in-depth research using global threat intelligence feeds to stay ahead of emerging attack techniques, tools, and adversary tactics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance DLP policies, detection rules, and response workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of playbooks and best practices for threat detection and response.

What it takes:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, with a strong focus on DLP technologies and threat intelligence.
• Deep understanding of threat actor methodologies, MITRE Attack framework, and incident response lifecycle.
• Must obtain CISSP within one year of hire
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
