Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are working on an exciting new opportunity with a growing healthcare company that is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in Arizona to work visiting patients at home and virtually. -Hybrid schedule in patient homes and at home: Monday through Friday 8:30 - 5:00 pm
-Home care or hospice experience preferred
-Chronic disease management experience preferred
-Must be willing to travel up to one hour from home

Pay flexible

This is a full time position.

Locations with openings:
Sierra Vista (bilingual in Spanish highly preferred)
Lake Havasu/Prescott (can live in either location, but will need to be open to traveling to the other area every other month)
