Executive Director-Benefits and Compensation

Executive Director-Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, luxury apartments, active adult living, or senior housing
• Strong background in sales, leasing, and occupancy strategy with proven success in lead conversion
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including concierge, leasing, maintenance, and lifestyle staff
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and operational needs
