• Play a strategic leadership role in a renowned, high-profile hospitality and real estate organization.
• Collaborate with executive teams across landmark developments and luxury projects.
• Lead and influence key financial operations including construction, corporate, and audit functions.

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Deep expertise in both construction and corporate accounting.
• Proven knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in construction-focused accounting software (e.g., Sage 300, Viewpoint) and ERP systems.
• Must come from a Hotel Background

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead accounting functions, mentor staff, and work cross-functionally with operations, legal, and development.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on, detail-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in high-performance environments.
