Whole School Vice Principal - American Curriculum School Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for a well-grounded and experienced educational leader to join a top-tier American international school in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) as Whole School Vice Principal.

• Oversee academic and operational functions across the whole school
• Support and guide teachers to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and achievement-oriented school culture
• Lead curriculum development and professional growth initiatives
• Work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to implement the school's vision and goals

• Must be Western-trained (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa)
• Master's Degree in Education, Leadership, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Assistant Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department)
• Strong knowledge of American Curriculum (experience in IB or British systems an advantage)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• All documents must be attested to meet UAE MOE requirements
• Must be able to join immediately or by January 2026

• Competitive tax-free salary: AED 18,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience)
