The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to lead our workshop and warehouse operations, as well as management of warranty jobs. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of warranty jobs, workshop jobs, and warehouse management. This role ensures efficient service deliveries, cost control, and enhanced cash flow while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
How you will make an impact:
You will oversee warranty job lifecycle, from initiation to resolution, lead and manage the warranty process, providing customers with prompt assistance, act as the main point of contact among customers, the product sales team, and manufacturing facilities.
You will be responsible for the creation and coordination of quality notifications (QN) in production and conduct timely cost analysis and ensuring accurate invoices to relevant stakeholders.
You will be overseeing the entire job life cycle: assessing the scope, procuring materials, ensuring timely and high-quality execution, managing invoicing for workshop jobs, monitoring job profitability and ensuring alignment with service commitments, improving revenue, profitability, and cash flow through effective job planning and execution.
You will inspect service warehouse operations and facility management activities, manage service tools, ensure prompt repair and calibration of tools to facilitate effective service delivery.
You will manage the CAPEX process for tools and equipment, maintain inventory management by keeping precise records of all incoming and outgoing stock within the system, organize the warehouse by arranging and storing materials in designated areas to enhance safety, space utilization and accessibility and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Tafe diploma in technical field or bachelor's degree in engineering.
A minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Site Manager in construction projects within the power sector or 10 years of experience as service coordinator in power sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
