Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Number of Vacancies: 1
Location of work: Cliveden Ave, Delta BC V3M 6G6.
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $36.60/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Key duties:

(link removed) Supervise, coordinate, assign, and review the work of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventory of materials.
(link removed) Ensuring compliance with schedules and quality control as per company standards.
(link removed) Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.
(link removed) Establish work schedules and procedures, resolve any problems or issues in the operation of the warehouse, and identify any weak links in the supply chain.
(link removed) Suggest and implement measures to improve the flow of the warehouse.
(link removed) Maintain a safe and healthy work environment throughout the warehouse.
(link removed) Train new employees and improve the working of existing employees in the warehouse using the best industry practices and procedures.
(link removed) Promotes and enhance a positive employee relations environment including efforts to continuously improve employee engagement and teamwork.

Job Requirements:

(link removed) Education: Completion of Secondary School
(link removed) Experience: One to two years of related experience.
(link removed) Language: English
