About Us

We're the largest importer and exporter of second-hand shoes in the UAE - and we're expanding into Europe. Our new Germany operation is focused on direct-to-consumer sales, primarily through online marketplaces like eBay. We move fast, operate lean, and are building something ambitious from the ground up.

Role Overview

We're hiring a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our new fulfilment center in Hannover, Germany. As our first hire on the ground, you'll be in charge of the full warehouse setup, day-to-day operations, team leadership, and ensuring the accurate dispatch of 500+ daily orders.

This is a high-impact role with full operational responsibility and direct reporting to our Head of eCommerce and senior leadership in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage all warehouse operations at our Hannover site
• Oversee inbound goods, warehouse layout, and stock management
• Use our custom WMS to ensure accurate inventory and full traceability
• Ensure efficient and timely dispatch of 500+ daily eBay orders
• Recruit, train, and lead a small warehouse and dispatch team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Regularly report on KPIs and identify process improvements
• Actively participate on the ground when needed
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• 2-3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Industry experience in recycling and/or footwear is mandatory
• Proven success managing high-volume fulfilment operations (Amazon-style or similar)
• Strong leadership, planning, and team development skills
• Confident using digital tools, scanners, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Hands-on mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience fulfilling orders via eBay, Shopify, or other online marketplaces
• Track record of setting up or scaling warehouse operations from the ground up
• Knowledge of reverse logistics or second-hand goods processing
