The Role

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our operations in Campbellfield. This hybrid role blends classic warehouse duties with outlet and online resale responsibilities - no two days will be the same. You'll manage lighting stock, prep orders, handle freight, and help clear excess inventory through platforms like Facebook Marketplace.

Your Day-to-Day

• Pick, pack and prepare lighting orders for dispatch

• Carry out basic light assembly and product checks

• Receive, organise and dispatch incoming/outgoing freight

• Photograph, list and manage clearance stock for resale

• Respond to online buyer enquiries and coordinate collections

• Provide friendly customer service in our outlet as needed

• Maintain clean, organised stock areas and assist with general warehouse tasks

What We're Looking For

• 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or similar hands-on role

• Confidence with hand tools and basic product assembly

• Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, web platforms)

• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace or similar platforms

• Reliable, organised, physically fit and safety-minded

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Bonus points for retail experience or a forklift licence!
