Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not-for-profit aged care organisation with over thirty years' experience caring for people from all backgrounds. Diversity and inclusion aren't just words, they shape the everyday experience for residents and staff. We have eight aged care homes across Victoria located predominantly in the western suburbs of Melbourne. At Doutta Galla we foster a genuine culture of care, not only for residents / clients but for the people who care for them. Everyone is welcome - all cultures, nationalities, faiths and language groups.
What we are seeking- A passion for interacting with older people

- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and a willingness to embrace and champion them, ensuring resident dignity and choice is central to all that they do
