Love a good drive and great company? HammondCare Horsley is on the lookout for a friendly Volunteer Mini Van Driver to take our aged care residents out for some fun local outings!
You'll be behind the wheel while one of our care staff joins the trip to look after residents' care needs - all you need to bring is your warm smile and love of driving.
Hop on board and help make someone's day a little brighter!
- Safe, confident driver to assist staff during bus outings
- Attend full/half day excursions
- Provide social support and interact during activities

RequirementsBus trips generally run for 1 2 hours between 9 30 am and 1 3 pm; we can discuss a suitable day of the week or fortnight that suits your availability.
- 18 years or older
- National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare plus NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proof of your current driver's license (minimum C Class)
- Willing to be instructed on transporting residents in wheelchairs and with low mobility
