ResponsibilitiesSpread Joy, by joining our Volunteer Team!
Join our Team to assist Residents as they take a bus trip around the local community. Sometimes assist with a gentle walk in a park or sit on a bench watching the dolphins & surfers, taking in the beautiful scenery. You will be helping older Residents in care enjoy their bus outing and have fun in the community.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

18 years or older - National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare plus NDIS Worker Screening Check
