• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser in a similar retail environment.
• Strong design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Adaptability to varying store formats and environments with innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in using design and merchandising software tools effectively.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with various store departments.
