• Create, develop, and implement visually appealing store layouts and displays.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal and promotional displays.
• Maintain a consistent store presentation through hands on visual updates.
• Research current industry trends to ensure competitive and innovative store design.
• Plan and execute store window displays that communicate brand messaging.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies.
• Utilize design tools to create layout sketches and display prototypes.
• Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed to maintain brand image.
• Source and select props, fabrics, hardware, and lighting to enhance displays.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams for cohesive and strategic displays.
• Analyze sales reports to determine the impact of merchandising strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel to different store locations as needed.
